Police were deployed at Samajwadi Party leader Mata Prasad Pandey’s residence on Saturday to prevent a 15-member delegation from visiting violence-hit Sambhal district in Uttar Pradesh. Sambhal district administration has prohibited entry of outsiders till December 10.
