Three people died when a car traveling from Chhumra to Tyuni fell into a gorge near Raigi Temple. Police and locals rescued the six occupants; three were pronounced dead at the hospital. The injured were transferred for further treatment. Authorities are investigating the cause, suspecting driver loss of control.
