An intense gunfight erupted in the Abujhmarh forests of Chhattisgarh between security forces and Maoists, resulting in the death of five Maoists and leaving two DRG jawans injured. The encounter, triggered by intelligence reports, led to the recovery of five automatic weapons. The injured jawans are being airlifted to Raipur for medical attention.
