Rahul Gandhi urged Jammu and Kashmir residents to vote in the first phase of polling, supporting the INDIA bloc. He criticised the abrogation of Article 370 as a violation of constitutional rights. Gandhi emphasised that each vote for INDIA would help restore rights, create jobs, empower women, and end injustice in Jammu and Kashmir.
