Mukti Ranjan Ray, suspected of murdering a woman in Bangalore and escaping to Odisha, was found dead by suicide in Bhadrak. The 30-year-old allegedly hanged himself from a tree fearing arrest and left behind a confession note. Karnataka police had been pursuing him for three days before discovering his body.
