Baramulla MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid’s campaign vehicle was attacked in Kupwara district by a man who stomped on the bonnet and broke the windshield. Rashid, inside the car at the time, was unharmed. Sources suggest the attacker is a former aide of Rashid. The motive behind the assault remains unclear.
