A third-year engineering student from a private college in Coimbatore jumped off the fourth floor of his hostel, sustaining injuries to his limbs and head. Police reported that the student, A Prabhu, was suffering from severe depression and delusions of having superpowers. He is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital, with his condition being stable.
