Farmers from Uttar Pradesh staged a large protest at the Noida-Delhi border, demanding fair compensation for acquired land. Led by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha, the farmers’ “Delhi Chalo” march aimed to draw Parliament’s attention. After assurances to address their grievances, the farmers temporarily paused their march, threatening to resume if demands are not met within a week.
