A day after Vice President Kamala Harris announced she would be running for the Democratic presidential nomination, more than 40,000 Black men gathered for a four-hour video call to raise funds for Harris’ campaign and discuss how to support her. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul was on that call and joined CBS News to talk about it.
