Police in Manipur arrested two PREPAK members involved in extorting businesses in Imphal West. Seized were mobile phones, a motorbike, and a driving licence. The anti-extortion unit led by additional DGP includes 15 crack teams targeting increased extortion activities since May 3 last year.
