A 29-year-old woman from Pune fell 50 feet into a gorge at Borne Ghat while taking pictures, after their visit to Thoseghar waterfall was canceled due to heavy rains. Prompt police and volunteer rescue efforts led by Homeguard Abhijeet Mandave helped retrieve her. She was taken to a private hospital for treatment of her injuries.
