A helicopter carrying Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar made an emergency landing in Ralam village due to bad weather. The helicopter, en route to Milam Glacier, had diminished visibility and safely landed 35km from Munsiyari. All passengers, including Uttarakhand additional CEO Vijay Kumar Jogdande, are safe and awaiting weather clearance or will rest at a nearby ITBP camp.
