Delhi Police detained 14 individuals from Jharkhand, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh in connection with an Al Qaeda terror module. Led by Dr. Ishtiyaq of Ranchi, the module aimed to declare ‘khilafat’ and carry out significant terrorist acts. Ongoing raids seek to recover weapons and documents while additional detentions are expected.
