Sujeet Kumar, expelled from Biju Janata Dal (BJD) for anti-party activities, has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He resigned from the Rajya Sabha and expressed gratitude for his tenure. BJD president Naveen Patnaik said Kumar’s actions betrayed both the party and Kalahandi’s people. This follows another recent resignation by Mamata Mohanta.
