Former movie producer Harvey Weinstein has been indicted on new charges, according to a New York prosecutor. Prosecutors intend to retry him and file additional charges related to “violent sexual assaults” involving more women who will testify. A tentative trial date is scheduled for November 12. Previously convicted of rape in February 2020, his conviction was overturned in April.
