President Biden visited Florida and Georgia on Thursday as he surveyed the devastation from Hurricane Helene, which has killed more than 200 people. FEMA has more than 1,500 people on the ground in the Southeast, and Mr. Biden has deployed more than 1,000 soldiers to assist with search and recovery efforts.
