Two homeowners in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh have filed cases with the Supreme Court against the state governments for demolishing their homes without notice. One house was razed due to an alleged offense by a tenant’s son, and another due to the arrest of a family member. The Supreme Court will hear the cases on September 2.
