A man’s evening walk in Chicago took a gruesome turn when he discovered a human head in a box on West Taylor Street, mistaking it initially for a Halloween prop. Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating, with autopsy results pending. Authorities are also probing another case of skeletal remains found near the Kennedy Expressway in Bucktown.
