The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday told the International Cricket Council (ICC) that it will not accept the Hybrid model for the Champions Trophy, arguing it gives preferential treatment to India. PCB has urged the ICC to consider other options and seeks written confirmation from the BCCI regarding the Indian govt’s refusal to allow its team to play in Pakistan.
