Kulvinder Ram, 48, has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a two-year-old boy, an eight-year-old girl, and a 30-year-old woman in London. The victims are in stable condition. Detective Superintendent Lewis Basford thanked residents for their cooperation, noting increased policing presence. Ram is expected to appear in court later today.
