The Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Mohammad Javed, accused of conducting reconnaissance in the beheading of tailor Kanhaiya Lal for supporting former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The murder was carried out by Mohammad Riyaz Attari and Ghouse Mohammed and classified as a terror act by the NIA.
