Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF), a radical Sikh group established in 1993 by Ranjeet Singh Neeta, aims to create a sovereign Khalistan state. With strong ties to Pakistan’s ISI, KZF targets police facilities in Punjab and radicalizes Sikhs globally. Neeta was declared a terrorist under UAPA in 2020.
