King Charles will celebrate his 76th birthday by launching two food distribution centres as part of his ‘Coronation Food Project’. The initiative aims to combat food waste and support charities feeding those in need. The King will visit a London hub and virtually open another in northern England. The project has already saved 940 tonnes of surplus food, providing over 2.2 million meals.
