A recent study using satellite imagery has found the remains of ancient Valabhi, once a prominent town in Gujarat between the 3rd and 8th centuries CE. Researchers identified key structures including the ruling seat, university, and monasteries. The findings suggest connections to other significant cultural sites, comparable to Nalanda and Vikramshila.
