Cyber Dost, managed by the home ministry, alerted about a fake letter on social media falsely linked to Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C) CEO Rajesh Kumar. The bogus letter accused recipients of heinous crimes and sought replies. The Times of India also received a similar letter. Cyber Dost confirmed no such letter was issued by any government body.
