Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has canceled its closing election rally at Mumbai’s Shivaji Park, citing lack of permission from the state government. With MNS withdrawing, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT) remains the only applicant for the venue on November 17th, just two days before the state elections.
