In a Senate hearing Wednesday, the U.S. Capitol Police chief reported more than 50 members of Congress have been victims of swatting attacks in the past month. He said those threats have amounted to 700 investigations and that the department only has 20 agents to deal with the threats. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.
