The BJP government has changed the school uniform colours for classes 9 and 10 in government and aided schools to light brown, chocolate, and clay-baked yellow. This replaces the current green and white uniforms, which match the BJD party symbol. The new uniforms will be introduced under the ‘Mukhyamantri Chhatra Chhatri Paridhan Yojana’ in schools where the old uniforms have not yet been stitched or distributed.
