PM Narendra Modi wore a traditional Kashmiri pheran during a rally in Srinagar, which was gifted by Irshad Hussain Naikoo, an Anantnag-based farmer. Naikoo had been saving money since 2013 to create this special gift and faced numerous challenges to deliver it. His efforts were recognized when Modi wore the robe at the event.
