The visit was discussed during the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan, and the dates will be decided early next year. Both leaders reviewed bilateral cooperation in areas such as political, economic, defence, energy, and people-to-people connections, and discussed India’s collaboration with Russia in multilateral platforms like BRICS.
