Indian intelligence has dismantled an al-Qaida-inspired module set to launch terror attacks. Twelve individuals were arrested, including Dr. Ishtiyaq Ahmed, a key AQIS figure, in operations across several states. Arms and ammunition were seized, and a training camp neutralised, but one operative escaped. This module is connected to a previously disrupted 2016 AQIS module.
