Schools in Methuen, Massachusetts, and other parts of the U.S. are banning the use of cellphones during class time. Eight states so far have passed laws or issued some sort of policy to curb phone use. Jessica Saum, an elementary school teacher and fellow at the Association of American Educators, joins CBS News with more.
