In the wake of last month’s assassination attempt, the Secret Service has approved a new plan to allow bulletproof glass to shield former President Donald Trump during his outdoor rallies. The shields are already used for sitting and vice presidents, but until now hadn’t been deployed for candidates. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
