Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio urges EAM S Jaishankar to stop a UK auction of a 19th-century Naga human skull, calling it dehumanizing and colonial violence. The skull was withdrawn from the auction at Pitt Rivers Museum’s intervention, but its cancellation remains uncertain. A Naga professor highlighted ongoing issues with ancestral remains in private collections.
