The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has lifted the ban on the Progressive Students’ Forum (PSF) and modified its controversial honour code. The previous code, which restricted political discussions and protests, has been revised to focus on adherence to general institute rules. The ban, imposed in August, was revoked after protests and appeals from PSF. The institute reaffirmed its commitment to a respectful academic environment while allowing broader student engagement.
