England fast bowler Reece Topley has been ruled out of the Twenty20 series against the West Indies due to a knee injury sustained in the first match. Topley will return to England for further assessment. In a separate incident, Topley was fined 15 percent of his match fee for damaging a chair in frustration after sustaining the injury.
