Mumbai-Nanded Tapovan Express reversed 700m on Saturday to pick up Sarvar Shaikh, a 30-year-old passenger who had fallen off near Manmad junction. Despite efforts, he later died in hospital. The loco pilot secured permission to maneuver the train back, and an ambulance was arranged at Manmad for medical assistance, while express continued its journey.
