A federal judge has temporarily blocked the release of special counsel Jack Smith’s report into the now-dismissed Trump classified documents case. Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that a federal appeals court must decide on it first. President-elect Donald Trump’s attorneys are also asking the attorney general not to release the report.
