Union minister HD Kumaraswamy was taken to the hospital after his nose started bleeding while he was addressing a press conference in Bengaluru. Kumaraswamy was joined by senior BJP leader BS Yediyurappa. The press conference followed a meeting of BJP and JD(S) leaders, led by state BJP President BY Vijayendra, Kumaraswamy, and state leader of opposition R Ashoka. After the meeting, Vijayendra commented on the discussions.
