A fishing boat captain was stranded for 8 hours in the Gulf of Mexico during Hurricane Milton. Facing extreme conditions, he was rescued by the US Coast Guard with waves up to 25 feet and winds up to 90 mph. The captain survived by clinging to a cooler and using his life jacket and emergency beacon.
