A twin-engine plane crashed onto a Texas highway Wednesday afternoon, injuring four and damaging three vehicles. The Piper PA-31, carrying only the pilot, broke apart upon impact near Victoria, scattering debris. Three people suffered minor injuries, while one required more extensive care.
