A woman and her dog were airlifted to safety in eastern Spain, as torrential rain caused deadly flooding so high that rescuers had to swim through chest-high waters to get to her. According to the person who recorded a video of the rescue, the woman was holding the dog and possibly had multiple cats in the bags she was also carrying.
