India’s Bhajan Kaur advanced to the pre-quarterfinals by defeating Poland’s Wioleta Myszor 6-0 in the Round of 16 Elimination Round. Kaur posted impressive scores of 28, 29, and 28, while Myszor struggled with scores of 23, 26, and 22. Earlier, Kaur had beaten Indonesia’s Syifa Nurafifah Kamal 7-3 in the Round of 32. Despite Kaur’s success, Ankita Bhakat was eliminated after losing to Myszor 4-6.
