Bernard Arnault, chairman of LVMH, is suing Elon Musk’s X, alleging the platform used content from Arnault’s group of French newspapers without proper compensation. A rope mishap during paragliding at Keri plateau in Goa resulted in the deaths of a 27-year-old woman tourist from Maharashtra, Shivani Dabale, and a 26-year-old operator from Nepal, Suman Nepali. They succumbed to injuries after hitting rocks due to a snapped rope. The owner of the paragliding company is charged with culpable homicide.
