South Korea: President Yoon agrees for probe after officials enter presidential compound

South Korea’s impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol has agreed to appear before investigators, after authorities attempted to arrest him second time this month. The warrant is connected to his martial law declaration, investigated as attempted rebellion. Hundreds of Yoon’s supporters and critics held competing protests near the residence—one side vowing to protect him, the other demanding his imprisonment.
