A 45-year-old property dealer, Sushil Kaushik, died of a heart attack while performing as Lord Rama at a Ramlila event in Vishwakarma Nagar, Delhi. He was taken to a hospital, where doctors declared him dead. A video on social media shows him heading backstage after feeling unwell.

Bengaluru police arrested Nikita Singhania, along with her mother and brother, in connection with the suicide of her estranged husband, techie Subhash Atul. Singhania was arrested in Gurgaon, while her mother and brother were arrested in Prayagraj. They were produced before a court and sent to judicial custody after earlier seeking anticipatory bail.
